Ryan Dager, President

Ryan started off his career in his pre-teens performing landscaping services around his local neighborhood of Wekiva, advancing later into the tile/flooring/stone installation trades at 18 years old. Ryan trained as an apprentice for 6 months before opening his own flooring/tile installation company while attending the Florida State University. After graduating with his civil engineering degree and passing his Fundamentals of Engineering exam, Ryan returned to central Florida and entered the industry of commercial construction/manufacturing of precast concrete structures. For close to 17 years Ryan advanced through multiple roles such as Plant Engineer, Quality and Safety Manager, Production Manager, and Plant Manager. During this time, he achieved several prestigious certifications from highly regarded organizations such as American Concrete Institute (ACI), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), American Welding Society (AWS), and Precast/Prestressed Concrete Institute (PCI). It was during this time in his commercial construction career that Ryan graduated from Louisiana State University in Shreveport with his Master’s in Business Administration. Shortly after graduating, Ryan put this degree to use by opening RVD General Contractors after attaining his certified general contractors license, which brought him to you today!

Ronald Dager Sr., Sales and Project Manager

Ron is a former United States marine who served our country from 1963-1969. In 1973, he graduated from LaSalle University with an engineering degree. He took his knowledge and started an extensive career with Lockheed Martin for over 25 years. Upon retiring, Mr. Dager became a certified roofing contractor as well as a licensed real estate agent. He has extensive knowledge on contracting, engineering, building, real estate and finance. In his spare time, he enjoys personal training, teaching workout classes and is currently doing roof estimating on his time off. Mr. Dager is a valuable asset to RVD General Contractors with his structured business acumen and passion for this industry.

Christopher Davis, General Superintendent

Chris was born in West Virginia where he performed many construction trades renovating houses with his father in his teen years and eventually starting his own handyman company. Chris is a graduate of Marshall University in the year 1995. Chris then entered the United States Navy “Seabees” (construction battalion) in 1995 where he served our country until 1999 as a 2nd class petty officer. Chris then moved to central Florida where he joined a major concrete construction and cutting company, working his way up to supervisor. Chris then moved over to the commercial precast construction and manufacturing industry, spending almost 15 years as a quality control foreman and area superintendent. Chris then went into the residential construction industry where he spent three years before joining the RVD General Contractors team. We are glad he did!

Zak Gentry, Project Foreman

In 2012 Zak graduated from Faith Christian Academy here in Orlando where he was born and raised. After that Zak got a job opportunity in South Carolina at Parkdale Mills Inc. which he stayed with until 2019 when he moved back to central Florida. During that time Zak took classes at Gaston College Textile Technology Center where he received his certificates in evenness interpretation, spectogram diagnostics, and uster sliver data and Quality training. In 2019 he got married and had a son named Gabriel. In early 2020 Zak started his career in construction by joining our team and has excelled beyond the norm to reach his foreman position with RVD General Contractors.
